Give it up for Tremaine, pictured here on ‘Day One’ of his new job! Tremaine was recently hired as Facilities Manager at The Goodwill Foodbank in Delaware, which is a big responsibility for a new hire!

With the help of his job developer, Carol Miller, Tremaine got connected to the Goodwill STEP Program in February. The STEP Program assists individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining employment in the competitive labor force. Tremaine completed the program, and worked with Carol to gain a full-time job at Goodwill.

Not only did his job developer help, but his Primary Coach, Amy Blewitt, has worked with Tremaine hand in hand, and is super excited to see him start his new job.

Amy had the chance to share some words about Tremaine starting his new role: “He is loving his new position,” Amy said. “The staff provides a wonderful and friendly atmosphere! Being the social butterfly that he is, Tremaine makes friends wherever he goes!”

Pictured is Tremaine with CIS Primary job coach Amy Blewitt, sharing a high five for his new job! Thank you so much to Carol and Amy for sharing this story with us. Way to go, Tremaine!
