CIS Supports Business.
As part of our efforts to provide workforce solutions to Philadelphia-area businesses and ensure that people with disabilities get good jobs in their communities, we’ve partnered with the AJ Drexel Autism Institute at Drexel University to create the Business Inclusion Center (BIC). The BIC connects interested local businesses with a talented pool of ready-to-work individuals, and helps businesses build their internal capacity to hire, support, and retain employees with disabilities.
The BIC can help your business develop well-run inclusive hiring initiatives, with tremendous benefits for your business. By working with CIS and the Business Inclusion Center at Drexel, businesses can boost their DEI efforts, get access to talented potential employees, and receive trainings on how to better support and retain employees with disabilities.
