It’s the last week of NDEAM and we’re taking our lead from Thomas, who knows what it means to finish strong.  

Thomas topped the podium in a recent Special Olympics cycling race, also winning gold in another event. This kind of success is a theme for Thomas, who’s also found his stride in his job at Redner’s Warehouse Market, where he’s been working for over a year now.  

“Thomas always strives for excellence and has brought his skills from his previous job to the Redner’s team,” said CIS’s Kate Holzbaur, Thomas’s Case Manager. “He’s proven to be a valuable member of his team with a set schedule that utilizes his talents when needed most!” 

NDEAM emphasizes Access and Equity for people with disabilities in the workplace, and we’re glad to see Thomas finding a stability at work that helps him thrive in his life outside of it.
