Truly the very best thing about CIS is our staff: we’re artists, educators, musicians, caregivers, people just out of school working side by side with long-time CIS employees. Whatever your path to a job at CIS, the common denominator is a deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact in our local communities.

In that spirit, we’re excited to continue our series of staff spotlights with this one on Faridha Traylor, an Employment Trainer at CIS. It’s her first year with us and she’s already doing a standout job. Corene

Corene Contreni, Manager of Employment Services, commented on how much Faridha has grown in her position thus far:

“Faridha has transitioned to her new position as a primary wonderfully and is a great addition to the team. She is conscientious in all her work and communication with team members and has proved to be a valuable employee at CIS.”

And on Faridha’s end, she says her goal is to “help people be the best that they can be.” We’re so lucky to have her!
