Truly the best thing about CIS is our staff: artists, educators, musicians, caregivers; people just out of school working by side with those who’ve found their way to us after careers in different areas. Whatever path we took to CIS, the common denominator among us is a deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact in our local communities. In that spirit, we’re excited to continue our Staff Spotlight series. Today’s features Rebecca Ellis, a Transition Development Specialist here at CIS.

Rebecca is a three-time employee of CIS across more than a decade of time (2011-2012, 2015, and now 2022-present), and has filled three drastically different job roles over that period. As Rebecca put it, working in different areas of CIS has given her “a well-rounded understanding of what makes CIS a great place to work and a valuable asset to our communities.”
