Truly the very best thing about CIS is our staff. Whatever path led us to CIS, the common denominator among us is a deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact in our local communities.
In that spirit, we’re excited to continue our series of staff spotlights with this one on JC Daughaday. JC works for CIS in Delaware as a Transition Development Specialist, helping high school students with disabilities successfully navigate the path from high school to employment. He’s pictured here with CIS participant Joshua at the annual Night to Shine event. JC talked with us about what led him to CIS and the experiences from his own life that he brings to his work with the people we support.
