Truly the best thing about CIS is our staff: whatever path they took to CIS, the common denominator among them is a deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact in our local communities.
In that spirit, we’re excited to continue our Staff Spotlight series.
Today’s post features Colleen Purcell, who’s been doing a standout job at CIS for 10 years now 💚! Colleen wears a number of different hats here: Not only is she our PhillyWINs Manager of Vocational Facilitation, but also the Lead on Project Career Build and one of our Schedulers as well. Colleen talked with us about her path to CIS, and what she values about her work.
We hope you enjoy this series, and that you find it an inspiring reminder of the fascinating range of backgrounds and experiences that have shaped the people who make up CIS.
