Imagine you landed a job at your very favorite store. Well, that dream scenario came true for one of our Delaware participants, Sam, who recently was hired at an arcade he frequents often!    Last month, Sam started as an Arcade Team Member at Funtivity, one of Delaware’s premier arcades. Sam frequented the store for quite some time before reaching out to his parents and CIS Business Development Specialist Brandon Randolph with an interest in working there.   He applied, he was hired, and now he’s on the job at a store he loves, where he maintains the arcade cabinets and other games, assists customers, runs the register, and helps customers redeem their tickets for prizes.   Brandon reflected on Sam’s new job and said, “It’s a fun, family-friendly arcade in the middle of Mainstreet with a very friendly and helpful staff. Sam is a natural there.”   We couldn’t be prouder of Sam, and a big shoutout is due to Brandon for working with Sam to identify a dream job and helping him land it.   Way to go, Sam!
