Our participants work hard to prepare for their jobs, including training on updated safety protocols. You may recognize Regina, who we’ve spotlighted several times before for her excellent work as an employee at Philly Schools.

Regina has been working in the School District since 2019 and recently completed an important safety training for the District. She was awarded a certificate of completion, and smiled alongside her field supervisor, Karen. During this training, Regina and her coworkers learned safety procedures in case of an emergency at her school.

Regina is coming up on her five year anniversary as a School District employee, and from day one she’s impressed her co-workers and employment support team alike. CIS Employment Trainer Katrina stopped in to support Regina recently and said, “Once again, I found her work area to be pristine and organized…she worked at a strong pace, and exercised good safety practices.”

Great job, Regina, for completing the safety training, and for continuing to provide excellent service to the School District of Philadelphia.
