Leaves going from green to red; cool crisp air: Fall is a season of change, and that’s proved true for Ogadinma too, who recently started an interesting position as a full-time, remote Customer Service representative.

Ogadinma’s pictured here on “Day One” of his new job, a series we launched that spotlights CIS participants on their first day of work.

Ogadinma is responsible for reviewing customer applications and helping answer any concerns when he is taking live calls. One of his job coaches, Katrina Landers, commented on the strong community that Ogadinma’s found in his new job: “Ogadinma expressed that he felt the training instructor was a great mentor to him for customer interactions, and he’s felt very confident in handling customer calls.”

Ogadinma’s new job is one of the 60 placements we had in August, and we could not be happier! For more on how CIS works for people with disabilities, head to CISworks.org.
