Here’s some neat news to start the week: Odell recently started his back-of-house position at an ice cream shop in Seaford, Delaware, and he’s loving his first few weeks at work.

Odell’s Job Coach Amy wrote in to say that he has been doing an amazing job so far and has learned so much already. Here are some pictures of Odell learning to make waffle cones with his supervisor Shelly, and Odell washing the dishes on his own. We’re all very proud of Odell and the progress he’s made since he first started.
