Did you know that The School District of Philadelphia has a Print Shop? Not only that, but CIS participant Nicholas just had his first day working there, and he’s already looking like a pro!

Nick was hired at the District’s Print Shop in early January. In his first weeks, he’s received training in different areas of the printing department. His very first task was to make replacement diplomas, and he did such a good job that he’s already working on larger-scale laminated pieces of artwork for the building he works in. Nick’s Job Coach Shadia told us he’s off to a great start, and that he spent last Thursday learning how to make booklets on the Print Shop printers.
