Give it up for Nic, who recently received some nice recognition for the great he’s doing in his position  at Lowe’s. Nic has been working there since 2021. In three years, Nic has learned and excelled at the ins and outs of his daily job responsibilities, and really found his place among his community of coworkers.  

In recognition of the good job he’s doing, Nic was awarded an Appreciation Badge for going above and beyond at Lowe’s, where he helps keep a clean environment for guests, and in warmer months tends to the plants in the Garden Department. With the support of his job coaches, Nic’s done a great job staying on task and providing cleaning support around the store and in the appliances section. One of our Employment Trainers, Maleke Ross, mentioned that Nic’s favorite task is cleaning the grills!  

We are so proud of Nic for earning his Appreciation Badge from Lowe’s, and we are super excited to see his growth from when he first started until now 💚!
