Don’t worry, it is most definitely still summer, but we couldn’t help feeling a jolt of excitement for autumn while watching Nicholas unbox those Drexel sweatshirts in his job at Rally House at Drexel University.

Nicholas’s path to employment at Rally House is something of a Legend of the Fall in itself: As a ’25-’26 Project SEARCH at Drexel participant, Nicholas interned at Rally House and got important work experience learning all facets of the store’s operations. When he graduated from the program in June, he was offered employment at the very store where he interned, a testament to how much he impressed the store’s managers during his work experience there.

Nicholas has been working at Rally House since the start of summer, and he’s doing an amazing job. When we checked in with him this week he said he’s having fun, learning a ton, and that he’ll be ready for the spotlight when Drexel University students return to campus.
