Give it up for Natalie, who recently took a little break from her job at Michaels to pose for a picture. Natalie has been working there for over a year and has become a favorite at the store. She’s doing great at work, and brings lots of experience to her new position: Natalie’s worked in retail for more than five years, and is no stranger to working in a fast-paced environment.  

Natalie’s tasks include restocking and organizing the aisles and keeping the store clean and safe for customers. Due to her progress at work, Natalie’s hours have increased! She will now work an additional day each week, and is well on her way to working entirely independently, as her coaching support has been reduced to just a single hour.
