Celebration time, come on!! The weather may be cooling down, but our participants are still celebrating HOT milestones!  

Please give a warm hand to Kyle, who is celebrating his eighth anniversary in his job at Marshalls, where he has been a key team member since he started there. Since he began his career at Marshalls in 2016, Kyle has grown his communication skills and become a whiz at answering customer questions.   

Some of his tasks are unpacking inventory from the delivery trucks as they come and placing all items out on the floor. He is also tasked with organizing clothing racks among the different departments and keeping the store neat and clean. 

We got to catch up with James Senger, Staff Development Manager, who stopped for a quick picture with Kyle to congratulate him on a great eight years at work.  
 
Thanks so much to James and the whole team at Marshall’s for supporting Kyle in his role at the store, where he’s relied on by coworkers and customers alike.
