The Grammys, the Golden Globes, the Oscars…It’s the heart of awards season, and that’s equally true for Justin, who was just named Employee of the Month at Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia!

We are so proud of Justin, but not surprised to see him be recognized in this way. He brings joy to his work, and his good spirit is infectious, always lifting the mood of his coworkers and the guests coming through the Hard Rock doors.

Justin’s been a standout employee since he was first hired in fall 2025, and he’s made a big impact on the restaurant through his starring role: Justin was quickly tapped to be the restaurant’s host, a role in which he balances greeting and seating guests, taking reservations over the phone, and keeping waiting customers informed on when they will be seated.

Justin was well prepared to be front and center at the restaurant as a result of his participation in one of our Project SEARCH programs, which equip high school students with real-world work experience and the skills they’ll need to make a successful transition from school to employment.
