Talk about a tech-forward job! We’re marveling at Justin and his role at ChristianaCare Pharmacy in Wilmington, DE, where he’s learned the ins and outs of working “The Robot,” the silver machine in the background that sorts pills for patients’ medications and orders them into the right dosage.

Justin works as a Service Assistant, and has made the machine a useful partner to get patients the medications they need. Justin prepares medication trays to be loaded into The Robot, ensures it properly fulfills medication requests, and readies the prepared medications to be picked up by nurses.

Justin is nearing his five-year anniversary at ChristianaCare(!), and in his time there has become an indispensable part of the pharmacy team. Throughout the pandemic, his work has ensured that the local community continues to receive their life-sustaining medications, and his co-workers love him for bringing energy and positivity to his work each day (and keeping The Robot in good working order!).
