Just like the autumn leaves, new jobs are falling into place for CIS participants! Give a round of applause to Jerome, who recently started at Aramark Wells Fargo Center as a Kitchen Utility Worker.
What is particularly special about Jerome is his perseverance. During the pandemic, many individuals- were laid off, including Jerome. In the years since, he’s had a number of interviews and has been extremely patient in searching for a job that feels like just the right fit.
His patience paid off, and he’s happily getting settled into his new position. Thank you to Daniel Liu for sending this great photo over–we are so happy to see Jerome thriving in his new job at Aramark, one of the region’s largest employers and supporters of people with disabilities!
