We’re continuing our celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month with this spotlight on Bon Appetit at the University of Pennsylvania and the whole Dining Services system at Penn.  

Since 2016, more than 40 CIS participants have gained employment in Food Services at the University of Pennsylvania, making Bon Appetit at Penn one of the city’s significant employers of people with disabilities.  

That’s a massive testament to the way they’ve sought out job candidates with disabilities, and supported them in all facets of the onboarding and employment process to help CIS participants find success at work.
