It’s a meaningful thing when hard work gets recognized, and that’s just what happened for David when he was offered more hours at work for doing such an outstanding job.  

David works in Delaware at a hospital in the Beebe Healthcare network. When we touched base with him recently, we were thrilled to hear about the offer. His manager told us he’s been a huge help and a big asset to the hospital staff, and wanted to give him an opportunity to grow his role there.  

In a month where we’re celebrating #NDEAM by putting a spotlight on what companies can do to make sure that disability is part of their equity efforts, we’re thrilled to see David’s contributions to his workplace being recognized. This is an exciting opportunity for him, and we wish him well in his expanded role.
