We were thrilled to participate in the 2024 Delaware County Business Conference, put on by the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.  

The event was a blast: it brought together leaders in local business and representatives from a range of local stores to talk about how to maximize competitiveness in an ever-changing economy. 

Making it extra special is the fact that CIS’s Erin Phovilaychit and Kathryn DeProspero participated in a panel with CIS participant Pedro, who works at one of our standout employer partners, Game on State. The three of them participated in a panel discussion on the excellent contributions that employees with disabilities bring to the workplace, and they were joined by Game on State owner Amy Rubin and Dr. Alice Nelson-Sidibe, Director of DEI Integration at Comcast.
