Last week was a meaningful one at CIS, as we joined organizations around the country celebrating Direct Support Professional Recognition Week!

DSP Recognition Week honors the deeply impactful work of those who devote themselves to helping the people they support find connection, community, and greater independence.

At CIS, we help people achieve those goals through our commitment to employment. We serve over 2,000 people with disabilities each year, helping them find and thrive in meaningful employment in the communities in which they live. At the heart of our work are our employees, who each day help youth and adults with disabilities across Pennsylvania and Delaware live more independent and fulfilling lives.
