CIS is always committed to helping people with disabilities find meaningful employment in a diverse range of businesses and industries including St. Christopher’s Hospital where we’re helping CIS participants connect with sustaining jobs.

Our own Kimberli Latimore is leading the charge: this last year has seen her expand our impact through her work as an Embedded Specialist at Saint Christopher’s, where she’s working to connect CIS participants to good-fit positions at the hospital, and helping Saint Christopher’s improve its ability to hire and support individuals with disabilities. Kimberli connects CIS participants to open positions at the hospital and helps facilitate their application, interview, and onboarding process.

Recently, Kimberli had the chance to attend St. Christopher’s Back to School Carnival where families gathered for giveaways, health resources, tasty treats, games, and networking opportunities with community partners.
