We’re so excited today to feature Hannah, a true team player who has hit her stride in her job at Ross. Hannah’s become a point person in managing store inventory and keeping traffic moving smoothly at the changing rooms, and it comes as little surprise that she’s thrived in her coordinating role: in high school, Hannah got involved with the basketball and soccer teams as a Team Manager, and has carried those skills into the working world.

Hannah chips in wherever she’s needed, from working the Returns and Exchanges desk to making sure items around the store are shelved or hung in the proper place, but her top role is at the changing rooms, keeping track of customers and inventory. At 9pm, Hannah’s voice can be heard on the Ross loudspeakers, letting shoppers know the dressing rooms are closed, as she takes the lead in closing down the store for the night.

Always one to take initiative, Hannah is also taking online classes through Temple University, deepening her education and adding to her skill-set even as she takes on greater responsibilities at work. Join us as we cheer on Hannah, a big asset to the team at Ross!
