picture shows Anthony outside the grocery store holding a Christmas tree with a huge smile. He is wearing a yellow hoodie and reflector vest as he places the tree on the display table.

The Holiday season is upon us, and our CIS participants know how to bring that holiday cheer. Here is Anthony, who works at Weis Markets as a Cart Attendant. Recently, a manager at the store asked Anthony’s Job Coach, James, if Anthony could do any other work other than the role he’d been hired for. James replied, “he can do anything you give him the chance to!”

Now, Anthony’s responsibilities have been expanded, and he’s pictured here helping set up Christmas displays while flashing his winning smile. Advocating for CIS participants—and helping them become stronger self-advocates–is just one of the many roles CIS employees play. We’re so happy to see Anthony getting more responsibility at work, and we know he’s happy for more chances to show his holiday spirit!
