Our Eagles Super Fan and participant, Amira Heep, has been making waves with not one but TWO amazing news features highlighting her role as Game Day Staff for the Philadelphia Eagles! 🦅
Amira was recently featured by Fox 29 and Chestnut Hill Local, where she shared her inspiring aspirations of singing the National Anthem at an Eagles game—a dream that might just come true!
Amira has been working as Game Day Staff for the Eagles, 76ers, and Flyers for nearly two years and has become a friendly and familiar face to fans on game days. Both articles shine a spotlight on her experience performing for large crowds, including singing at the Special Olympics Montgomery County Invitational Track and Field Meet opening ceremony.
A Special Olympic Athlete herself, Amira has made a splash both on the playing field and at work, where she was recently earned her second “Star of the Game” award from the Eagles Autism Foundation and was celebrated in front of 65,000 Eagles fans.
A special thank you to Blue Tesfaye, who’s been providing outstanding support to Amira at Eagles, 76ers, and Flyers games for two and a half years now.
Check out both articles linked in our bio. Go Amira and Go Birds! 💚🦅
