Give a round of applause to Alexis, who started a new position at Joann’s Fabrics earlier this month. Not only did Alexis start a new job, but she also just graduated from Penn State Brandywine with her Bachelor’s in American Studies! A double whammy!

On her first day of work, Alexis learned how to use the register, conduct exchanges, manage returns, answer questions, assist the customer, and perform price checks. During her second day, she was even more confident in her responsibilities and more effusive, and she was left alone to manage customer purchases for the remainder of her morning shift.
